[Resolved]  Reliance Mobile Postpaid — Barring of Outgoing calls without any due

My post paid No is [protected]. I have paid my Bill for October which was due on 19-11-15 on by online payment on 25-11-15 at 8 am. But my out going was barred at 10am. I have contacted RCOM customer care [protected] and they told that they are not the concerned to take this complaint and asked me to contact *222. When trying this No getting a response "check the No you have dialled". As I was on travel, I have contacted a RCOM counter at PAYYANNUR, KERALA, they informed me that there is no dues and they are not in a position to identify the problem. Tried switch off & switch on several times but no use. From 25th, sent 4 mails to rcom customer care but there is no response at all. I am using this No since Feb 2010, and I am fed up with the most unresponsive service of rcom. Need an urgent solution.
