[Resolved] Reliance — Musbehaviour of customer care executive | |||
On 3rd august at 10.30 pm i called at 198 regarding deduction on vas charges from last few months but a male customer care executive misbehaved with me.. He even dont know how to talk with a lady. Earlier also i faced such problem. If they dont know how to talk then why reliance give this job to such peoples. And even my problem is still there . I dont know what kind of vas charges deducting. Atlast i will port my number to some better telecom conpany. Hope i wont get your this reply "We regret the inconvenience caused to you. This is to inform you that your concern has been noted.
