[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — 2g/3g service completely stopped | |||||
Name : rekha bhat - data card number [protected] Mangalore - kannaraka. Past 2 weeks - not able to connect internet. When i contacted the customer care, they are saying that they have stopped the cdma services and hence it will not work anymore and i need to get new 4g sim and migrate to new service... Informed to buy 4g sim and datacard to use this sim (Rs.3000) I purchased rs.1900 for datacard... Recharged for rs.3000 to get 45gb data.. Currently we are having around 25gb data... What will happen to it... I will be in loss of 4900rs because of this change... Plz refund or merge this to 4g Netconnect+ balance (In mb)* 25906.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
