[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — 3g services shut down

I had done recharge of Rs.3001 for which I was promised to get 1GB of 3G data every month till 2023. But suddenly 3G service was shut. Now compelling to upgrade to 4G. Even after repeated complaints no proper response from reliance. I would be pushed to step in consumer court if I do not get solution for my problem. My contact no.[protected]/[protected]

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .

My reliance netconnect is not working for last month's. Their customer care number is also not reachable. I thought that their 3G services are shut down, however I'm still getting bill payment alert from Reliance.Can someone provide update on 3G reliance services whether they are working or shut down?
