Reliance Netconnect — Amount not credited in reliance data card

I have recharged Rs 255 in my data card of reliance on 22.04.2016 through paytm.Till amount is not credited in my data card, but the amount is was debited in my bank account.Details are mentioned below.The transaction id :- ipay/eshp/one97 communica/88193016/[protected], pls do the needful asap.Till the amount is not credited in my account.Iam not able to use my data card .
