[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Bad and unreliable services. | |||||
I hold a reliance net connect dongle and as a part of 4g upgrade I have upgraded recently. I have below complaints with reliance. 1. I had truly unlimited 999 plan. During upgrade to 4G customer care people told there will not be any change in plan. Only on that basis I have upgraded to 4G by buying their WiFi device, but now after finished 20gb data my speed is drastically dropped, and I cannot browse also properly. When I call customer care they only have sorry nothing more. 2. And I got a mail recently with some plans telling to change my plan to any of those or else by default some plan will be applied. And the cost of the plans are not attractive, for Rs:1850, 10GB is provided. For Rs:1000, I get 10 GB with other vendor so this is not a good offer to me. 3. Reliance customer care is worst, I have seen. When I call the tool free number, it waits till I press my dongle number after that it automatically disconnect saying "Thanks for choosing reliance". This is nonsense. I am fed up calling and finally sending mail. I am not happy with reliance service and their dual tounge telling one thing before migrating and another after migrating. They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
