[Resolved]  Reliance Netconnect — Demand notice for recovery of outstanding dues for reliance number

Reliance netconnect who failed to provide the service from june 2016 but generated bill against me without providing mere service as agreed to me.

Since reliance netconnect was moving to 4g service, you have stopped providing net connectivity to my datacard rim no: [protected] from june 2016 (and to all the netconnect+ customers). but i paid the bill of 690 upto the month of july 2016.in-spite of several call to customer care (most of the time call was not taken or call been disconnected abruptly by your customer representatives) to waive the bill amount or to provide the net connect, reliance fails to respect the agreement of providing basic internet service for my datacard. but claims to charge the bill against me with out providing any mean service.

I really challenge you to provide the proof that datacard netconnect service was provided to me from mid of june to september 2016. later when i try to reach your customer care, they asked me to upgrade my sim to 4g to get continous support. i bought the 4g sim it was not activated yet. when tried to reach customer care again for this, they asked me to pay the bill of august 2016 which was generated.

Some customer care representative even said, the bill was waived off and i can get internet service once my 4g gets activated. but 4g was never been activated rather i got my sep month bill. again when i reached the customer care i was told i will be receiving 25% bill waiver on my 4g connect for 6 month but i have to pay the current bill. but i don't believe your fake promise as your customer care representative keeps of giving new freebies on their won. i asked to disconnect my current datacard connection. now the outstanding amount reaches to 1385 rs. this bill amount was slashed on my where reliance never provided any data or network service to my rim as agreed.

So i reached nearest reliance store to discard my connection. my request was taken and was said that i will be receiving a final call by a week... but has not got any call regarding cancelling of my connection. rather i started getting this demand notice for collecting outstanding bill & few hoax call where the call was disconnected once i said hello to the call.

I will raise a complaint against you on consumer court & complaint board of india. i ready to face ur legal notice in court where i will sure prove that you have not given service to me but claims to charge on me for this unfair demand.
