Reliance Netconnect — Device not responding

Dear sir/madam, I bought reliance pro 3, 3 weeks ago the time we activated and recharged.I clicked on connect button and all we can see is it shows progress then automatically disconnects itself.Then i contacted the service provided and they told to bring the device and i bought and still they are not able to solve the issue, so they gave a new device the another reliance pro3 and still the problem is there.BECAUSE OF THIS KIND OF PROBLEM WE FEEL NOT TO CONTINUE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS AND MADE US FEEL DISTRUST AMONG YOU.If you can solve this problem fast please try to resolve this problem.And I forget to mention that i am from Kerala, thrivandrum, mukkolakal and my device number is [protected].
