Reliance Netconnect — HSD network (Reliance 3 network) not coming for last 1 month. | |||
Hello, I am completely dissatisfied with Reliance Customer Care. My complaint no. (with Reliance) is[protected] and I am unable to connect to HSD network (Reliance 3 network) for > 1 month. Customer care call centre always reply the same crap that their network experts team is looking into it and it would be resolved very soon. Is there any legal way to get this done or at least force Reliance Communications to take their worst Reliance 3 prepaid data card (as there is no use of that piece of if I can't connect using it) and pay me my money. Our customer service team have informed us that they are unable to reach you, as per confirmation received from concern team we wish to inform you that we received confirmation from concern department that our network optimization is going on and is expected to be resolved soon

I would like to inform you that my phone no. is +91-[protected], which your Customer Care and Technical Team already have! I would also like you to know that complaint no.[protected] was closed by your back end team without giving any resolution (what a shock!). Anyway, for your further knowledge, there is a complaint no.[protected] with your Appellate Authority since Mar 27 regarding the same issue (loss of HSD network while connecting for last 2.5 months), but it is still in resolving status. May I request you to expedite it (though I understand that my request will go vain). Also, there is another complaint no.[protected] with Appellate Authority requesting to please increase my validity because I have not been able to use HSD (Reliance 3) network for last 2.5 months and the balance is just accumulating. That is also in resolving status. Why? How much time does it take to decide in my case, whether the validity should be extended by Reliance or not?
