Reliance Netconnect — Misleading customers into recharging for a higher amount

On 02/03/15 I made an online recharge to my reliance netconnect+ datacard through its website http://myservices.relianceada.com/captureInstantRecharge.do The website provided available recahrge options after entering my reliance subscriber number [protected] belonging to UP(E) circle. I made a recharge of 449/- through my debit card at around 6:10 pm on 02/03/15. I don't have the recipt because i did not save it as i wasn't expecting this to happen. According to the details provided there I would get 7 GB data for 15 days validity. However on checking my data balance it showed a balance of 2 GB only. Upon browsing online on recharge details on reliance website( a different page from the myservices one) i found that for UP(E) the data allowance is 2 GBs rather than 7 GB as given on the myservices page. Nowhere on the myservices page which is reliance default website for online recharge did it indicate a different data allowance for different circles. Upon calling the customer care they expressed their inability at either cancelling my recharge and refunding my money or to provide me the entire 7 GB data as indicated by their page, Nor did they transfer my call to an executive I could convey my grievances to. I request the customer care officer to kindly ask the reliance netconnect to redress this issue. Thank you. The attached screen shots show my datacard account balance taken on 02/03/15 at 7:25 pm, about 1 hour 15 minutes after the said recharge and the screenshot of the myservies webpage 449/- recharge details.

No my complaint hasn't been resolved. On the contrary no customer service associate has contacted me nor was my recharge amount refunded or data pack updated. This is a lie! I request you to kindly look into the issue and not make ridiculous claims.
