[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — No internet connectivity and Frequent Loss of Network | |||
I am facing frequent network coverage issue since 14-July-2014 on my Reliance Broadband+ device. I have complained many time to reliance about this problem but they say that there are technical issue in my area which will resolve soon, so i waited for couple of days and on 21-July-2014 my Internet started to working again but with frequent loss of network but not too much. After some days, from morning of 27-July-2014, I have no access to Internet again till now. When I tried to call customer care they told me that there is network up-gradation is going on UP West so I cant use the service till 30-July-2014. This cause me loss of Rs. 433/- which is equal to the amount of 10 days Internet fee. This also cause a huge loss to my business as this is the only Internet which I use in my workplace. Due to unavailability of Internet I had to use Cybercafé to complete my office work which is very frustrating. This cause me economical loss as recharged it with Rs. 1299/- for 15GB data for 30 Days. So I require either extension of 10 days in my HSD+ data validity or if possible than reimbursement of Rs. 433/- which are equal to 10 days( as I did not get service for these 10 days).
