[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — No Service Since last 3 months

Myself Harsh Jain and I have bought a reliance netconnect card from reliance for use it in Durgapuram, Dachepalli, Guntur. The service was available for 2 months and then suddenly stopped. No satisfactory answer was given by customer care. I also mailed them atleast 10 times. Name : Harsh Jain Netconnect ID : [protected] Area of operation : Durga Cement Works, Dachepalli, Guntur, A.P.. Contact No. : [protected] THere are around 110 others waiting for the service, if not corrected we shall be refunded of the recharges already done and also would like to return the Netconnect+ Cards. Aug 14, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 07, 2014 Updated by harsh19jain I got a call from reliance communications last week and I was told that the service site has been closed. And he told me that he will inform me about other reasons later in the evening, but I never got contacted. Moreover, if the site is closed I will like to have full refund of my Netconnect+ data card which I bought from the reliance agent in the area. Also there are other people who have also bought the netconnet+ cards. With Regards, Harsh Jain
