[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — poor network and poor customer support | |||
Hello, I m Kiran, Hsd no - [protected], the issue is suddenly my data card started disconnecting frequently from middle of may, i called reliance customer care no one answered the call i waited 45 minutes, till end of may same happened. Finally I went to reliance store (anna nagar). They asked me to change the modem. I did but problem did not solved. At that time i was helpless no customer support and store support. In June and July same happened. Finally i received bill amount of Rs-2819/. They started calling me for bill payment. More than 10 members called I explained exactly what happened but no one called me back.. now in august I stared getting message from reliance make payment today to avoid legal action against you...
