Reliance Netconnect — Raised a request for converting Datacard([protected]) from Post paid to Prepaid | |||
I have already submitted my all the documents to my near reliance store(Chinchwad, Pune) and paid the outstanding bill 2 weeks back. But the Data card is still not converted to prepaid connection. I asked to Reliance store's guy, he told me that it'll take 15 days to convert and also I asked to Customer care they told me that it'll all the procedure done by Reliance store.
