[Resolved] Reliance Netconnect — Slow Broadband connection | |||
I am having a Broadband+ USB Modem no. [protected].But I am not getting the speed as promised for, for last one month I am complaing but I didn't get any response nither They are solving my problem.After several complains([protected] dated 23rd may 2015) I came to know that my Broadband connection has been disconnected and they are tring to connect but till date it has not been connected.I even mail to concern authority but in vain, till today I didnot get any responce.I have already recharge of Rs 3001/- Which should get me 1 GB data for every month but I am not able to use it due to their connection problem.
