Reliance — No response to complaint | |||
I am a post paid reliance datacard user. I had made the payment of Rs.317 for the month of January. But in February's bill, Reliance charges me 317 pending charges along with 100 for late payment along with Feb's bill amount. When I called the customer care to file a complaint, they said they would give me the corrected bill. I kept getting 10 calls everyday asking me for payment. I then raised a complaint with Reliance, and sent a copy of the online payment receipt along with my bank statement. I never got a reply and now I get threatening call that a legal notice will be sent. They ask me to go to reliance care which is closed on weekends and since I am employed I cannot go on weekdays. This is the worst customer service one could possibly get. I seek immediate response as it is impossible to get through to a customer care executive on the phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
