[Resolved] Reliance — Postpaid Bill generation even after cancellation call | |||
I requested cancellation to customer care representative in the month of august for the postpaid connection #[protected]. Mistake: did not note OR ask my request number. I stopped using the connection after the billing cycle. now I have got the same Bill 600/- again which I denied to pay. I am getting recovery calls as if I have done crime. Above all it has generated two bills and the late fee total 1400/-. Honestly I have done what was needed for cancellation and I had received call for cancellation verification too. Note: I didn't do any misbehavior for any of the follow up calls, Constantly I am begging them to verify my customer care call details for the information. Infact they are just doing same everyday and asking me to pay the bill of 1000/- and close the case. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
