[Resolved] Reliance Pro 3 — Reliance Pro 3 Speed Issue | |||
Reliance Pro 3 No: [protected] I bought reliance pro 3 net connect on sept 30 2014, I was promised that I will get 14.7 Mbps speed. I took my net connect to my home and tried to connect to the Internet, Initally I got 1.47 Mbps, I called the reliance customer support number[protected]. Once I told the Speed Issue to the agent, They tried with some troubleshooting steps. Still no go, Then they asked me to uninstall and reinstall the Reliance Pro 3 software, Still no go, They told me that they will take a request and the speed Issue will be fixed within 3 days, I Informed the agent that I need a confirmation so I requested the agent to transfer the call to supervisor, The agent agreed and while transferring the call they Intentionally disconnected the call. I called them again and asked the agent that I need to talk to Supervisor, The agent again disconnected the call .Next time I got Irrated and called them back and got asked them to transfer the call to supervisor, This time they transferred the call to a Supervisor name "Indumathi" She Promised me that this issue will be resolved within 3 days, and also told me that the technical team will callback on October 12th 2014, before 6:00PM, I waited till sunday, I received a missed call that to a single ring and got a SMS that "We tried calling you 3 times and noone picked the call, Call Customer support for details" . I called the customer support again to check the status, They told me that the Issue is resolved. But I was still getting the same 1 - 1.3Mbps speed. They again raised a request, to fix the speed issue and the same story is keep on going for 4 times, I already raised 3 requests, But now the speed is getting reduced and am getting 119.60 kbps speed. I called customer service and they are not concerned about my Issue, All they are telling is wait for 3 days. Still the issue is not fixed I am not happy with the product, The Customer support is utter waste. So I strongly recommend my friends not to go with this product. All they want is to sell the product. Once we receive the product they are not taking care of our issues. I have attached the proof with this message. Was this information helpful? | |||
