Reliance — REGARDING PAYMENT OF BILL | |||
We had taken connection of 3g Mobile Broadband No.[protected].. We had made payment all dues vide receipt no.653577 dated 08/09/2014 and requested to close the connection..(COPY OF RECEIPT HAS ATTACHED HERE WITH).. Inspite of above we have got the call from Delhi Mob. No. [protected] regarding non payment of above dues and threatening us to lodge a case against us and make a rudely behaviour to us and not listen anything from us regarding the payment which we had made and also said that "we are giving notice to you regarding non payment and than you give reply through your advocate".. After getting call from delhi we confirm our payment from Reliance Communication Ltd. Mob. No [protected] and got clear that our payment has already been made and there is no due from us..He said that "our records has not been updated".. THIS IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO UPDATE THE COMPANY RECORDS... Kindly give attenetion to this matter and communicate to us...
