[Resolved]  Reliance Resq — Cheating the customer on reliance resq plan

Problem: I have bought SONY LED 46” TV from Reliance Digital store, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Date of Purchase –[protected], Model No – 46EX920, Bill No - 18 and I also paid for extended warranty through Reliance ResQ through reference serial no: 14052 However, The TV created problem in the panel on 28 Feb 2014. I made complaint to Customer care Resq Team. Service technician was sent to inspect on 1-3-2014. I was asked to send the image of the TV to acsbp.[protected]@resq.in and sent the image on the same day. The TV was taken to service center a week later. After multiple follow up with Technician Nagaraj and Resq Service center Supervisor Irfan Ahmed (Phone No: [protected]), they sent the standby unit on 1-4-2014 I have been doing multiple follow ups in the past 2 weeks for the status of TV. Initially they said the problem is part not available, then the billing system problem, then the TV is ready but technician not available to send the TV home, etc…. And Mr.Irfan Ahmed, the supervisor, stopped picking up my phone and stopped responding to my messages and even disconnecting my phone calls and no response at all on the status of TV. I went to their store complaining about it. They said it will take one more day. But it has been 2 weeks now. Now the reliance store also stopped picking up the phone. It has been more than 60 days now. No resolution. No response to my complaints to email customer support at reliance resq or reliance digital
