Reliance Resq — Customer harassment due to negligence of entry in system database | |||
I purchased a sony viao laptop from Hyderabad Jubilee Hills Reliance digital showroom and they provided me with detailed documents for warranty which is valid till 2016. Now when I have gone for the servicing in Pune, Bibewadi centre - they refused to provide me the service and their opinion is the record is not updated in the system, even asked me to go back to Hyderabad Reliance digital showroom to update the details!! What kind of harassment is this to the customer? how can the employees be so careless? In case Reliance Resc team is reading this complaint request you to kindly be diligent in your work and help reduce the harassment from customer end. Was this information helpful? | |||
