I had purchase a camera from the reliance digital shop in kurla. At the time of sale i was told that the RESQ team will be providing service from the camera in the warranty period as well. I Switch on the camera a few days back and found that there was a zooming problem. I logged in a service request with reliance Digital customer care Executive mr. Tauseef Jundre and visit again reliance tech Mr ajay Dubey his told few days before PCB circuit issue and today his says zooming lance issue and also mail as well 2 times but nothing happened issue resolved. Fromm Last 1 month it has not be repair. Yesterday (26th April) i was talking to the customer care executive Nothing has been done yet. they have told me that some lens problem is there and it will take 1 week more and he logged my concern and give another reference (Ajay Dubey). This is not the kind of service i expected from Reliance Digital. I choose them. I am toughly disappointed with the way my service request is being ignore and no one attending it. regards.
