[Resolved]  Reliance Resq — Unethical, casual , irresponsible behaviour.

Reliance resq is the worst thing to put money in ...there is a lot of mental trauma that comes free with it.. i have purchased a samsung mobile from the reliance digital and resq plan along with it. i registered a complaint regarding the phone on 19th sept 2015... and continuously for 3 weeks i had to call there executives daily to kindly pick up the product for the service. they took it very casualy. Upon having an heated argument finaly on 8th october, the mobile was collected from my place on 9th october and was told that there is no serious problem with the phone so it will be returned on 10th and if there is any serious problem then the same will be intimated. But there was no reply even the service center no. is always not reachable. So i called on 13th october- "the reply was that my complaint is being escaleted to the senior department and a call back will be aranged today"[protected]no call back Again on 14th october- "we will arange a call back today"...no call back 14th october evening - " maam we are not able to find the spare parts for your product" ...which was a lie to just to get out of the situation. On 15th october - they aranged a conference call with the call center with the executive named shipr - "maam we will return your product tomorow i.e. 16th october by 5 or 6 pm" Waited on 16th ...bt nothing happened called on 17th morning 10 am- "maam abhi hamare service center band honge to aap 11.30 k baad call krie" then at 12 pm - the executive was rude and said "ki hum kuch ni krskte me apko mail id de raha hoon aap uss pr complaint kijie" on shouting he said " wait me dekhta hoon kuch ho skta h to" ...then the con call was arranged at service center again lady named shipra was on the line - " maam aapse bola to tha 15th ko ki mil jaega...aapka product "ok" hua pada h aaj technician ni h isliy kal milega"... i asked her exact date of return she replied - "maam abhi pata ni" on listening this when i shoutd a little then she asked to hold and she came with areply that aapka fon kal doosri jagah se aaya h usme fir se kuch problem hogy h to abhi ni pata kab milega aapko wapas:" ... i mean this is a real height of your lies and mental torture to the costumers. from past one month all my buisness related work is suffering because of you guys. I have all my records of the call placed . i will be soon heading to consumer court for this.
