Reliance Retail — Defective product

I bought a Tshirt from your company i.e. Reliance Retail Limited outlet from Malad, Mumbai on 9Aug14. The product started to lose its color in the first wash itself and ruined the whole Tshirt .I have been a regular customer of your product chain and such kind of defect is least expected.
