Reliance Retail — Poor quality Gas lighter brought from your store. (Reliance Card # [protected]) | |||
I am a regular customer of Reliance for last 3 years and make average monthly purchases of Rs.5000 approx. I come to Reliance because of proximity to residence and availability of Grocery & household items I recent purchased a Gas lighter from your shop along with regular grocery items at Reliance Store in Belagum (near JNMC college). However it turned out to be of poor quality and it stopped working properly within one month of purchase. I do not have the Bill copy of purchase but if you can track through my Card # well and Good, since I did not expect a problem to arise with this purchase after nearly a month. I am disappointed that Reliance is stocking such poor quality products I will appreciate if Reliance can provide me a replacement with another brand or give me cash credit towards other purchase.
