[Resolved] Reliance — SIM application RELIANCE GSM | |||
I am using a GSM Postpaid SIM of RELIANCE - [protected]. I get regular popups of SIM application w.r.t chargeable extra services on Travel Tips, Finance Tips, Horoscope services, Caller tunes, Cricket, Entertainment, etc... These popups are so cunningly displayed on view port of my smart phone - NOKIA Lumia 525, such that the moment my phone wakes up from sleep mode, there is 99% chances of clicking to those services. To get rid of this I even registered with DND service, hoping that I could get rid of this trouble, but in vain. I am really fed up with this frequent popups. It hinders my work flow. It's like a torturing your customer. I was previously using VODAFONE GSM SIM, which also had such SIM applications, but they never used to popup every now and then. Due to certain circumstances I had to opt for Reliance. But these guys are hopeless in terms of customer service. AIRTEL GSM has a 'STOP' option under SIM application. So I request to include the same in Reliance GSM aswell Please help me out of this torture! Was this information helpful? | |||

In my Lumia 525 not support reliance Gsm sim. Then show a message "sim error or missing"
