[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — Problem of outgoing calls

My No. is [protected] since a long time i m facing the problem of outgoing calls sometimes it work suddenly this facility is not working and when i dial any no. there are you have insufficient balance in your account is continueing but it is not correct because i have sufficient balance in my account. I have complaint so many times to cutomer care but till date not any respond and not rectify my problem till date. pl. do the needful otherwise i will change the service provider.
