I have purchase reliance data card pro3 model on july 22nd .2015 that time on wards i am facing speed issue ex.My model ac3633 speed upto 14.7 mbs speed but i am receiving just 200 to 600 kbs in my home i am in kilpaukl i have call customer care people lots of time no use some of customer care person told me to give data card to service center with in buy of 15 days . I have given as per is advised and i got new datacards after 15days but no use same low speed. I have check datacard speed 10 kms surrounding of my house in few place only its show speed of exceeding 2 mbs ex.2/10 places only . I am using airtel 3g in ipad in my house i am getting 7 mbs speed super . Do not disapoint the customer like this your customer care people does not bother about customer i have purchase this datacard for using in online trading sharemarket but i depends on this network i will loose my money sure .
