Around 1330hrs on 12 April 2015 we visited your relaince branch in bheemawaram and made a puchase of above 10K rs, as soon as v finished the be billing and moved for security check, the behaviour and language of the guy was pathetic, I almost got disappointed and disgusting, either employ some good people r else train them, and make them understand the importance of the customer, this branch o[censored]rs really needed to be employed with atleast 3 of em and there should be a complaint register at ur billing desk and should be available when asked, your service to customers are getting weaker pls don't forget to mail me wen sorted out, , , , , Was this information helpful? |
