Reliance Telecom — Balance deduction

My name is Abhishek kumar, I have done recharge of Rs 251 (all network free call) on 23rd August then I have done recharge of Rs 30, then after getting my successful recharge msg I started my call then I find that my main balance is deducting, as I have done rchrg of 251 in which all network call free then why my balance is deducted? Then I call several times but your customer care not responded... Today the same problem has done...my balance was again deducted. So please return my full 30 rs recharge amount otherwise I have to register a complain to CONSUMER COURT for my complain. It's a humble request to you please return my full money as I am a student...
