[Resolved]  Reliance Telecom Limited — Balance deduction of rupees 70

My mobile number is [protected], today (that is 03/2/2016) i was use internet through my mobile, then suddenly my main balance are deducted which is rupees 70 but my inter net balance is 449.88 mb is available and validity is 26/02/2016. I complaint on same date to customer care executive my complain number is[protected], date 03/02/2016 who registered my complaint he take 24 hrs.. to resolve my problem but my complain not solved than again i complain whose number is [protected], & customer care say to me that your first complain has been closed but my complain not shot out then he take my complain again but today is (07/02/2016 time : 12:43 pm) customer care say to me i have only 3 days data we can't see any thing about your Mobile no. details & he say to me your complain is shot out. Please help to solve my problem regarding my Balance.
