[Resolved] Reliance Telecommunications — Mobile deactivated after 3 years | |||
My GSM number : [protected] has been active for more than 3 years untill 08-May-2014, when it got deactivated suddenly. On contacting Reliance Telecommunication at Haddows road, numgambakkam, Chennai[protected], I was asked to resubmit my residential and identity proof by one lady called Sofia and her Line manager. I did on the same on the subsequent day, i.e, 09-May-2014 at Reliance Web World, North Usman Road, T.nagar, Chennai ([protected]). I was assured by their Staff named Mr. Dharani my services would be resumed within the next 24 hours. The acknowledgement number of the receipt form is :[protected] Today is the 6th day and I am still suffering. The Customer care unit of reliance is NOT AT ALL RESPONDING to my phone calls and I am really getting harassed by this. Please look into this immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
