Reliance Trends — Rude cashier | |||||
I visited the outlet of Reliance Trends in Mahagun Metro Mall on 29th November, 2015. The billing was terribly slow not because there were many customers there but because of slow cashiers. When I urged them to hurry up, one of the cashiers said that it was taking long because people had too many items to bill. Probably he wanted to point out that I was buying only one item so I shouldn't make a noise. We are here to cater to those who buy a large number of items. Well I am sure that three counters don't take 15 minutes to handle 2 to 3 customers. There was another gentlemen who then protested that he has been waiting for a long time too hopping from one counter to the other as they were all too slow. On my way out I asked the guard for the floor manager as I could not find him anywhere. They started dilly dallying saying that he was just here and maybe he is on the first floor. You should go and look for him. So, they expected me to search the entire store for the floor manager instead of calling him to meet me. I don't think that it will make any difference to this company as I can clearly see an absolute absence of systems to ensure good customer service. They are unprofessional and poorly managed.
