The sale's girl at the pheonix mall, pune outlet is the worst person i hav ever met. She was extremely arrogant and rude. She was kicking hangers on d floor whn her shoe flew n hit me to which she didnt even appologize properly. The manager to whom i complained just asked her to say sorry n move on without even counselling her!! She even told me her name wrong...pathetic service n people!! Was this information helpful? | |||

I can understand your exasperation. If they had heeded your complaint (i.e. they were interested in customer service) I would not had had the experience of a rude cashier in Mahagun Metro Mall outlet
