Reliance Trends — Voucher not accepted

I paid Reliance Trends, Ambattur, Chennai a visit on July 2nd, 2015. Upon arriving we asked the cashier if the gift vouchers we had (3 X Rs. 500) were valid. ON confirming the validity we spent two hours shopping at the store. After shopping for Rs. 6000 we wanted to use the gift voucher along with the membership card, but the cashier claimed that the "server is down" so they cant accept either! This was really frustrating and ending up being a complete waste of time! We could not speak to the store manager as well since he was not present.
