[Resolved] Reliance — Unable to surrender data card | |||
Unable to surrender Reliance data card as the persons are not responding in toll free number. There is no response even if I wait in call for 2mins or even when call back option is selected, no body calls back. Also, when I directly enquire in Reliance showroom, they insist to terminate connection only thru' customer care, but there is no response as I am holding the data card which I want to surrender for last 1 month unnecessarily.
