Reliance — unauthorised deduction of mobile balance

Madam/Dear sir, An amount of Rs 21(For 3 times each 21x3=63) has been deducted from my reliance GSM mob no-[protected] as VAS ADPAY GSM on 10, 21, 28 Sep 2015 respectively while there is no any such service is activated on my number.Customer care also did not reply accordingly.Please refund my amount.

I had 124 rs balance..n a adpapaypay service activated on my num on 26/jun/2015.n 57 rs was deducted.I called customers care.it is my number [protected].n they said we can't help u ryt num in 24 hrs I called 12 times..but they said call ltr..now they riciv call n said ur bal r not refundable because on same day u dint call us..ye koi baat hui kya...57 is not small amount for student..ye bal to cut kar lete h fir refund ni karte..that's y I want change network

What is this VAS ADPAY? And why money had been deducted unnecessarily from my account? I don't want money back just want to know if there is any possible way to stop it. If yes then please suggest it.

Dear sir my no [protected] was deducted first 45 rs then 15 and now36 for vas adpay gsm and I can't unsubscribe through msg and customer care service is also not responding I don't want my money back I just want to stop this service and also to not to start in near. Future

Sir, an amount of Rs. 66/= is deducted from my account, Dated:27.02.2015. Without my concern. I got only a message to inform VAS ADPAY. Whereas I never subscribed any kind of VAS or never been asked. Also I have DND turned on in this number. Please inform me as quickly as possible. I need a refund of this amount. Your telephonic Customer care service said they can't do anything on this matter.
