I am a use of relince gsm prepaid punjab.. [protected] last week a message wast sent by company wuth special offers for me i called customer care for surity they said recharge benfit will b given after 4-6 hours and recharged.. i have made three recharges.. i recieved messages congratulations --'' benfit is added to ur account.. bt no benfit was added i called customer care again they said it depemds on ur luck.. going to port out after using my account balance..
