I have taken a travel insurance policy from religare and they promised to send me the hard copy of that.Inspite of many calls and mails. They are now refusing to send the same. Why these insurance companies are cheating the customer. Mail trail is their for ur reference. My transcation no is[protected] & proposal no[protected]. Can i get my hard copy or not.
