Dear Sir/Madam, I have asked Neeraj Kumar Gupta - my relationship manager 15 days ago for the transfer form, and till date he has not sent me the form. Can someone from Religare send me a transfer form so that I can do the needful at EMAIL ID: [protected]@gmail.com I wish to close my account and transfer it to another trading company and the sole reason for doing so is because of the pathetic service that Religare is giving.
