Religare Securities Limited — Deny of providing my trading account statements and shares sold information

I have an account with religare DP ID- IN301774, branch manager- Masoor Khan, and wanting my shares sold & transaction statement for my equity account. But they denied to provide any information. Nobody has helped- back office, [protected]@religareonline.com, customer care centre, back office support. Don't understand why they are not providing shares sold & BROKERAGE DETAILS in the form of transactions statements.
