[Resolved]  Religare Securities — Not providing the LIC Mutual Fund BOND

Hi I am Venkateswara Rao from Chennai. I invested in LIC Market plus mutual fund through Religare Adyar chennai office at in the year 2008. For the invested amount i got the payment receipt from LIC to the my communication address. When i contacted the LIC for the BOND certificate for the same they confirmed that the certificates is dispatched to religare head office delhi. So i requested the Religare team to forward the same to me. They took more than one year to reply and still they didn't have the answer where the documents are and giving some alternative free suggestions. To the core they do not know which department is taking care of this problem they keep on redirecting to some other department in religare. My policy number is[protected]. The reply from LIC: is given below Branch has confirmed that they have verified their old records pertaining to that year, and found that the policy bond has been received by the agent (Religare inv.broking ltd) and that policy is not available in Undeliverd policy bond list also.
