[Resolved]  Renault — I'm complaining about the registration and service period

Dear sir,
I booked Renault Kwid RXT(O) on[protected] from T V Sundaram Lyengar & Sons, Bhopal, M.P. The car was delivered to me on 2-April-2016 and we haven't received the registration number (RTO no.) for our car till date (after one month after delivery) due to which we are unable to use it. So, kindly help me with the registration.
I request that the period of first servicing must be counted from the date of registration than from the date of delivery. also grant me information about the rust proof courting on engine and courting over the paint of the car as we have not received any formation about it.
please inform me about the necessary.
