Renault Lodgy — Suspension Problem & Vibration Problem That exists in ALL THE RENAULT LODGY 85 PS VEHICLES

I bought a Renault Lodgy on the 20th of October 2016. The details for the Car as given below:-

The main concern that Iam writing you this letter is that the Front suspension of the car and Vibration over 90 Kms is not functioning properly. The problem persisted from start the vehicle was delivered to us after driving about 500 kms (out of which 94 Kms was already driven by the Dealer themselves) we approached the Service Centre on the 3rd November 2016 and this complaint was raised with them, please find attached a copy of the complaint. After this we have approached the Service center 4 times and he would do some necessary changes but the problem would still persist. Finally on the 14th of November 2016 we went to the Service Center again and left the vehicle there, we were told by one Mr. Ramesh (Ph. No. [protected]) that this is Techincal Issue and Production Problem. And after all these problems he is persisting us to take the vehicle and use the vehicle since this is a company problem and we need to wait for the company to respond on this issue. Hence we kindly request you to look into this matter and give us a solution for this problem.

The following are the problems since the time the vehicle was delivered to us:-

• Pre-Driving Inspection not done
• The vehicle was delivered to me after 94 Kms was driven on this vehicle.
• The Roof Carrier was damaged
• The Vehicle was not cleaned and delivered to us, but when complained to them they did clean and give the vehicle.
• Accessories Fittings are not done in a correct manner.
• FRONT SUSPENSION OF THE CAR
• VIBRATIONS OVER 90 KMS
• REVERSE GEAR HARD
• LEFT DOOR NOISE

This car has been attached to OLA Cabs and this has been used for my daily bread and butter. I have not used this car since last 13 days as well earlier to this the car was left in the Services Center for 4 days. A total of 9 Days I have not been able to use this car and run my business of delivering the OLA Services. It is less than a month that I have bought this vehicle and already have a lot of problems pertaining to this purchase. I would hence request you to compensate me for these 9 days, and at the same time request you to give us a solution for this problem.

Renault is worst and I do had a bad experience of lodgy. Raised my concern many times to Renault but no response. I drove many cars but have worst experience of Renault lodgy. Gear problem and vibration persist from day 1 but no resolution. Turbo went off after the service done by service center and no one took responsibility. No to Renault in future. My dad was keen for Kaptura but I stopped him.
