Renault — Multiple Issues faced with Renault Duster | |||
Hi, I bought duster on March 09 2015. This is the date when my painful journey with the company began. Initially I got my vehicle with multiple issues..to name a few: 1. There was a sound from the rear end of the card 2. Bumper was damaged ..it seemed like an accident has b 3. Other Multiple sounds from the front panel 4. Defective Stereo it seemed as if the car that I bought from the company is second hand. After a lot of struggle, some of my complaints were handled. I had to escalate everything to the customer care. Now, every time my car goes to the service station, the dealer take more than the required time to deliver it back. Almost 7 to 10 days. The dealers at Renault try to either fix the vehicle with substandard materials, or with other damaged ones, while charging you with the cost of original parts. I complained to Renault about this over mail.. but nothing seems to effect them. As a consumer I have been struggling to get my vehicle from the dealer in proper condition. I am afraid the story will continue with Renault always. Please look into this .. we are at the mercy of Renault even after buying a vehicle from them worth lacs. Was this information helpful? | |||
