Renault — Original copy of form 24 not given | |||
I purchased a Renault Duster from your Srinagar Showroom on 14 th December 20015 .In the name of Samina Shah. While I was processing my papers for registration in concerned RTO Office .My papers were rejected as they said that the Form no.24 submitted by me was a scanned copy and an original one is required. I contacted the Renault dealer in Srinagar who after some delay gave me a new Form 24 saying that this is the original one. I again submitted my file for the registration of my vehicle to my shock and surprise my file was again rejected by the RTO office citing the same reason as earlier. I am totally disgusted and shattered that a company of international repute can do such a thing to their customers. I am feeling that the car given to me is a stolen car from somewhere as they have not been able to give me the Form 24 for the second time. It is shocking to know that your showroom in Srinagar is being used for such an activities. If my papers are not given to me in a day or two I am going to go the Police and highlight this issue in the media. Plus I am also going to sue u for the inconvenience your company has given me.
