ATM showing successful withdrawal but I haven't receive my 10, 000/- Rs.

Respected Sir,
Myself Ragini Verma, I recently started my career and belongs to a Lower middle class family. On 7th May, 2016 I need to withdrawn 20, 000/- Rs. From the nearest ATM Machine in sector 18 Noida, first I attempted in two machines, most probably those two were, Syndicate bank, ICICI Bank ATM Bank but shown technical glitch(one went out of service) after entering PIN and I received no cash & go no message in my phone as well still transaction showing successful transaction of 10, 000/-. Third time I successfully transacted 20, 000/- from HDFC Bank's ATM. After two days while checking my bank statement through AXIS BANK Online application, I wondered how there are 3 transactions of 10, 000/- each, I mean one transaction of 10, 000/- I never know how showing as I never received that money. 100 times I went Axis bank they did nothing, they started ignoring my case, and when I request they used to show that they already updated request for my money and took approximately 2 months of time and after two months they said your request rejected now go to police station with reference no.[protected] and register FIR. Then police will help to figure out that, which one bank it was. Police will help you to check CCTV footage as well. Now it's been 2 months approximately, after so many requests and visits to police chowki, I received statement that as per RBI rules after 30 days CCTV footage can't be checked. Axis bank and Police corps played well with me, I works in night shift in Convergys Gurgaon then I go to Noida to see the complaint status after each few days, all said forget your money we have many cases with zero result or, you will not get money forget your money.
It's a kind request please look after my case. 10, 000/- rs matters a lot for me.
