Reserve Bank Of India (RBI) — Complaint against Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd. and Retired Civil Judge Mr. K. M. Gangadhar

Respected Sir/ Madam, My father Mr. Vijay Jadhav and myself had taken a car loan from (CF7401510) Kotak Mahindra Prime Ltd (Mumbai). The tenure of the loan is 4 years. I had consistently and honestly paid all the EMI's on time. Last month I received 2 letters from Retired Civil Judge Mr. M.K. Gangadhar stating that the EMI's were bounced which is incorrect as per the bank statement i had attached with this complaint. I complained about this to Mumbai branch and they said that its backend fault and they will rectify it. Today (29th October 2014) I had received one more letter from Mr Gangadhar stating that my car will be taken in custody. Me and my family had suffered mental stress because of this annoying letters from Honourable Judge Mr. Gangadhar. Kindly do the needful Regards, Pranav Jadhav [protected]

I have never ever seen like this type of bank at around India, what the hell kind of services are they providing recently from my salary account the bank has been deducted an amount of rupees 2200/- without any prior intimation, and they never informed me about this during account opening. This is too embarrassing, I would like to convey all the citizens of the country not open any account with this bank, when I called customer care instead of giving satisfactory answer they just keep lying they will call me back, but they never, its gone over 2 days,

[protected], I joined in kotak group, i have closed my previous account in kotak bank but they didn't close my CRN. Internal the HR had given me the new account, my salary also credited in that account but I was unable to withdraw, i am not getting proper reason regarding this issue, i had contacted all the kotak group employees, but there was no proper response.
I naresh Kumar have a salary account with kotak mahindra bank ltd. the bank say to me that they revised my ATM Card with planitam card at normal fees. But now the bank debited my account Rs. 850/- as ATM fee. When i complain couster centre they told me that plaintam card fees is 850/- and normal card fees is 200/- this is totlly ford with me when i have normal card why they change my card a high fees card and why the bank promised me that plaintam card fess charge from you as a normal card fees.

I had applied a BT (Balance transfer from Tata Capital to Kotak Mahindra Bank) from Kotak Mahindra Bank through Mr. Vishal Sharma, Branch - Sector 9 Chandigarh but Their representative had mislead me in following matter:
1.No one ever asked me for loan closer statement and other formalities (Tata Capital) now both loan were working simultaneously who will responsible for this.

2. Their representative never told me this issue during my documentation process.
Still I am unable to fetch my currant Loan status and EMI Schedules of Kotak Bank.

3. I had already mention them the Tenure 36 Month on their official mail address but they amke it for 60 Months without any information to me.

4. I already mail him on 16th May for this but still don't get any revert on this.

5. They also made a Credit Card and sent this to my address without informing me.

6. Now no One is picking up my call or responding me over call or mail.

Now I m unable to get check my current loan status and EMI had alraedy started in Kotak Bank.
I am not getting proper reason regarding this issue, i had contacted all the kotak group employees, but there was no proper response.

Note: I am enclosing mail snapshots for reference.

I opened account online and kotak bank executive came to my door to complete KYC. He gave me lots of incorrect information to me like 6% interest PA. I asked him that everywhere it is written upto6% it means there will be some criteria and this interest rate will vary, He was explaining me no sir upto 6% means 6% only even though you deposit 100 rupees or 1, 00, 000 rupees it does not matter. Again he was telling that FD rate is 8% but when i checked before deposit it was maximum 7.25% only. He was also forcing me to deposit some amount i told him first i will check then i will deposit no sir then why you have opened this account if you can't deposit money. How any customer can believer on their words. I have never seen this kind of facility and incorrect information delivery to customer from any bank. I will never suggest to open account in this bank. Dear Sir/Madam:
Please refer to your letter No PRE-LITIGATOPN-DEMAND[protected]R-290 dated[protected] received by us on 04.07.2018. We would like to inform you as under:
1. The aforesaid letter even though dated 15.-6.2-18 was posted by you on 29.06.2018 as can be evident from the Post records.
2. We are paying EMI of the aforesaid account regularly without default as can be seen from our bank statement records
3. Except ECS problem during your transition from INGVYISA to Kota Mahindra (The ING Vaiysa Bank merged with Kodak Mahindra Bank) the EMI payment record of the aforesaid account No ILPA23371 is regular and clear.
4. The nonpayment thus if in any has happened only because of reasons in ECS clearance between banks and we do not have issues like the ECS is bounced because of insuffient funds in the account require to clear the EMI.
5. As such we do not know what is the charges and EMI outstanding which you have claimed in your aforesaid letter No -LITIGATOPN-DEMAND[protected]R-290. However to avoid likely impact on our CIBIL records we are enclosing a chequ no 978127 of SBI Khadki Pune .
6. Please note that the payment is made out of fear and we are not defaulter in any way as per the records.

I, Rameshchandra Chandulal Barot, request reference to my credit card statement dtd. 05-Jul-2018 and also my telephonic talk with your tele executive regarding over limit charges levied in my card account on 2nd July 2018 and thereafter immediate visa money transfer on 3rd July 2018 the Rs.1000/- towards regularising approx over limit of Rs.9.80.
Kindly refer to my various email/tele executive conversations duly recorded by your tele executives towards arbitrary and illegal charges levied by the bank I have continued to pay the amount as demanded as a good gesture.
Further, considering my worst experience towards using of my credit card I intend to surrender my credit card to the bank for the following reasons over and above the facts stated as above.
1) Your bank’s telephone helpline never recognizes my CRN or credit card number stating the automated reply all the time “Sorry invalid input.”
2) Poor response on our online approach through www.kotak.com
3) Competent bank authorities are impossible to approach in case of any genuine grievances/complaints/assistance.
I, therefore, call upon you to get me full account of my all drawings on this card from the date of issuance, amount paid by me from time to time, charges, penalties interest etc. charged by quoting rate at which they are charged immediately on receipt hereof.
Please take notice that without providing full and transparent details of account to make full and final payment for surrender of credit card, if the bank choose to initiate any action or causes any harm to my credit worthiness and reputation in any manner, it will be solely at risk of the bank and without prejudice to my right to initiate action as deemed appropriate to secure and protect my interest.

Dear Sir /Madam,
my credit card No.is Card no. [protected] in your bank. Kotak is the bank's credit card.Your recovery agents are bothering me a lot. Troubled for money. I am not working I am very upset and they are coming to my home and office giving me mental stress for money. Please stop them, if my circumstances are correct, I will pay the money. I beg you with folded hands Please stop them. I will never have your money, so what will I do after stopping. Please prevent these recovery agents. The money is there, I will give next month only.I am spoken with Miss Use Language. Please do not stop them otherwise I can complain in the Police.I will make full payment in a month. Your service to me was a very dirty recovery agent. Now let's talk rainy. I will never use Kotak Mahindra bank either. Very Bad Service.
My Facebook ID is being hacked and my friend & My Family Members is being called saying that I am a defaulter. I ran away with bank money. Said this.
This recovery agent is defaming me and what about me. I ran away from the bank carrying ₹ 1.19 Lakhs.
Sir i request you You take any concrete action on this man. This man is spoiling the name of kotak Mahindra Bank and is also a speaker for abusing the customer. No action should be taken on this, otherwise I should file a complaint in the consumer court.I get annoyed and misbehaved by repeated calls.Many people call me and abuse me.What a mistake that made me so upset
