Respected sir,

I am hemalatha. G from india, i already submit one complaint to you but there is no response from you, now i am complaint about another fraud, his native place is london, but now he is present in india and collect money from innocent peoples by using fake id card, in few days ago the a/c officer (Dr. Philip mark) in reserve bank of india was contact me through my mail, he told to pay rs 11, 500 for claim my winning fund but i dont hope him, then he send my lottery document and him id card, so i was hope him and paying rs 11, 500 money to him

I also attach all the proof for your verification, but after
Receive my money again he ask rs 97800 from me, then only i find he is fraud, but he is a foreigner, finally i find him he is a delivery officer in london

The money of rs 11, 500 is very high for me and my parents
Because i am in poor family, my parents are already told as we not give the money to you, but i force them and they give the money to me, due to loss my parents fund now my parents are try to suicide, because the money is collected from our relations and we should return their money

I attach all the documents to take action against him, sir i
Request you to please freeze that account legally and return my money of rs 11, 500 as soon as possible, also please understand my situation sir

The foreign exchange a/c officer dr.Philip mark told me to pay rs 11500 only for transferring my winning fund from rbi to my local bank account
But again he told to pay rs 97800 for transfer my fund, then i told him i dont want any amount from you please return my invest amount of rs 11500
Then he told that money is credited in your online account, so it is not returned but before paying money he told as your money will returned to you if we fail to transfer
So please give the suggestion for me and return rs 11500

Now i told my situation to you, in few days ago the a/c
Officer (Philip mark) in reserve bank of india
Was contact me through my mail, he told to pay rs 11, 500 for claim my winning fund but i dont hope him, then the officer also send him id card, so i was hope him and paying money to him, i also attach all the proof for your verification, but after receive my money again he ask rs 98, 700 to transfer my winning fund, then only i find he is fraud, he was betray me

The money of rs 11, 500 is very high for me and my parents
Because i am in poor family, my parents are already told as we not give the money to you, but i force them and they give the money to me, due to loss my parents fund now my parents are try to suicide, because the money is collected from our relations and we should return their money

O i request you to please freeze that account and return my rs 11, 500 to me, it is my humble request, also please understand my situation

i already complaint to you but there is no response still now, i receive the mail from the reserve bank of india and the rbi a/c officer ( cleven mangzamung naulak ) was contact me to pay rs 30, 000 to claim my winning fund, i hope him, because he have the rbi id card also he told as your mail id was selected by british government

so that purpose only i was pay rs 18, 500 to him on yesterday, he already having my fund of rs 11500, so i was pay rs 18, 500 to him, but after receive my money he not contact me also switch off him mobile, also he told as if you not receive your cheque then your money will return to you

now my parents are in the stage of suicide, because they are already told we are not give the money to you, but i force them to give the money to me, i am in the poor family, but also i paying money to him, because i was hope him, but after he receive my money he not contact me and also switch off him mobile

sir i request you to please freeze the account of that fraud and return my rs 30, 000, otherwise my parents will suicide, because i am in the poor family, the money is collected from my relations, we will return their money with in 5 days, so please return my money of rs 30, 000 as soon as possible
