Dear Sir/Madam, As a public customer of BSNL, I was directed to mention the mobile number on the indian Rupee notes deposited at the cash counter of BSNL main office of Silvassa, Union Territory of Dadra nad Nagar Haweli which is against the RBI Clean Note Policy (). With reminding about the RBI Clean Note guideline i was challenged by the cash counter in-charge of the said BSNL branch.
